I took my phone in for a broken screen repair and picked it up on a Thursday night. By the next evening the phone went dead. The owner, Cletis, did try to repair it, but basically told me that he did nothing wrong and something must've happened unrelated to his work within the 24 hours after I picked it up. They have a waiver you have to sign which holds them harmless in case they break your phone. I'm pretty sure they didn't break my phone on purpose, but at least offer me a full or partial refund. After asking time and time again, they pointed to the waiver, and finally told me there would be no refund.
Now I'm left with a broken phone and $110.00 poorer. Really? You can't warrenty your work for even 24 hours?
Would've been nice if they could accept responsibily for their actions instead of trying to weasel out of it.
