The product arrived over a weekend, and on Monday, a debit of $86.97 already appeared from my checking account. When I finally got a call-back from Customer Service, I was told that my 14-day trial period started on the day I submitted my request, not at the time I received the product! I was going to be billed $86.97 for three months because I did not cancel within the fourteen day trial period. By the way, the product arrived in an envelope with NO paperwork, and with NO contact information what so ever. I had to track down the company from information provided by my bank when I disputed the charge. This activity represents a major rip-off as far as I am concerned. It is a very unsavory business which should be shut down.

On Aug 11, 2014 I ordered a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia Pure Extract from Nutrashift LLC. The company stated I had 14 days to try the product. I did not receive the product until Aug 15, 2014. On Aug 25, 2014 there was a charge on my bank account from Nutrashift for $86.94. I called Nutrashift to reverse the charges as I did not like their product and was angry I had only “tried” the product for 7 days before they automatically charged my account. They would not reverse the charges so I told them I was calling my bank to report the fraudulent charge. I called my bank immediately and they stopped the charge. Nutrashift also reversed the charge because I had informed them I would be calling my bank to stop the charge.
On Aug 30, 2014, another non-authorized charge in the amount of $9.63 from Skinny Camp appeared on my account. I had no idea who or what this was. I googled the company and found out that they are linked to Nutrashift and that someone else had filed a complaint against both of them because they had experienced the same scam I am going through.
I called my bank to get the charges from Skinny Cow removed from my account and was told they had to cancel my card and reissue a new one since my information had been compromised and this company was obviously selling my card info to other companies. It’s the holiday weekend and banks are closed until Tuesday and now I am without a debit card.
I am in full agreement with the other person who experienced being scammed by these same companies. This is a scam AND a felony. I would also like to pursue charges against both companies - NutraShift and Skinny Camp LLC.
I was charged the $86 and a $77 twice. My bank which is PNC refunded my money cancelled my credit card and sent me a new card with a different number.. The bank said oh by the way they charged yu that same amount last month too!!! They said don't worry we will refund all of it.. I called the company with the number provided by the bank and talked them... They hung up on me... I called back and they cancelled my order.. My bank gave me all my money back !!!!!!!

What is obviously this same company is still at it using the exact same products and methods of rip-off. They are in Indiana, not Salt Lake City. Various names I've found all associated with them are: Nutrabalance LLC, TruVita Health LLC, Total Health and Beauty, All Pro Supplements, Perfect Nutra Solutions, NFT*Garcinia and NutraShift, LLC.
I've called and cancelled 3 times and they continue to lie and ship. I'm now turning it over to my bank and will be reporting it to the Interstate Commerce Commission.

NutraShift conned me into providing my credit card number to pay for shipping only of a free sample of their product. I thought this was traditional marketing whereby if you like the product, you can order more. Instead, without my express authorization, they sent me another set of pills that I did not order, and charged me full price using the same credit card number that I gave them to ship the free sample. When I called 888-707-8642, the woman who answered clearly was in a phone bank in India. The pills were shipped from Salt Lake City. I repeatedly told her that I would need to be reimbursed for the unauthorized charge and to delete my credit card from the system. I got no where. I am dropping off the unopened package at UPS with a return to sender note on it. Now I have to spend hours on the phone with my credit card company. I don't think I will be able to get my money back.
This business of charging a card via negative consent is the basis for a great deal of fraud committed in this country. He explained that the bank could not refund the charges because of the company had clearly stated "conditions" and I could not prove that I had never received them, but that he would help me get a refund from the company. He put in a 3 way call to the company and as soon as he identified himself as the bank's fraud investigator, the line began to "cut out" and break up and we could not hear the company's representative. He remained firm and told her that she was having trouble with her phone equipment ,that the reception was horrible. She answered very clearly this time and asked a few questions and said she'd check the account and be right back. She was gone at least 5 minutes and then once more as soon as she came on the line we could not understand her. Once more she clearly said "I am sorry, hold on and I will back in a few minutes. This sequence was repeated several times and I suggested that perhaps she could cause the "break-up" at will and was hoping we would get frustrated and hang up. The bank rep laughed and said "Yes, but we will hang on until we get the answer we want." Eventually, she agreed to 100% refund and gave us a confirmation #. The bank rep thanked her and made sure that she knew that if the full refund did not appear on my account in 4 days, she would be hearing from him again. Kudos to my bank. My advice is to ask your bank to go to bat for you.

We spoke to a supervisor, Taylor, and he said their had been a mix up and I was actually in 2 different systems and that is why no one could find my account. Does that make any sense? I should have been twice as easy to find.
He stated he wanted this issue resolved that day and would issue me a total refund of the charges of $310.58 if I would close the dispute case with my credit card company. We asked for a authoriazation code to prove he would issue the refunds and he provided one.
After a week I had only received one refund of $75.68 I called him back and he claimed that he tried to issue the refunds but the bank would not allow it. I said then let me get my credit card company on a 3 way call again and get this cleared up.
Taylor said there was no point and the line went dead. I called back and he would not talk to me, he had another supervisor,Britney, speak to me and she said there was nothing they could do it was between me and my credit card company, than preceded to hang up on me.

Pushed the buttons so that I could receive a call back - they never called me back. Tried sending emails - they got returned as the email address didn't exist. Tried replying to the email that I originally received when I ordered the introductory bottles and got no reply. Finally, had to file a dispute with my credit card company and the will probably have to shut down my credit card and issue me a new one. What a huge SCAM!!!

I ordered this product with their "free offer" and paid shipping. Their claim is that the product is free if you let them know withing 14 days that you do not want to be in their program. I did not receive the product in the 4 to 7 days they stated. In fact I received it more than 12 days later. The ship date on the package was 12 days after my order date. All they will say is their terms are 14 days. I didn't even have time to try it. So far I have only been charged $10 shipping and $69.71 for the "free trial"

She offered me a "replacement" and when I told her I was going to go to the BBB and the Attorney general for them (nutrashift) illegally selling my personal information to another company she stated she would reverse the charges on the card and gave me a cancellation number. Lets hope this is cancelled.. Is there any retribution towards a company that does this?
I have only had the product for about a week. I called to cancel because I have not had a chance to try it and they said they charged me $75.82. I told the rep I only received the product within the last week and she said the trial period ends 14 days from the date you order. Very deceiving... they would not refund my $75.82.
After ordering a "pay shipping only, sample" I was charged for an ongoing rate of 75.80 per month. The company says that you must call to discontinue service. The page I ordered from said nothing about agreements, ongoing charges, or ongoing shipping. Because of the unforseen charge, I paid over drafts and bounced checks on my acct. for 197.00. When I phoned the company, they denied any such procedure. It is a scam to abuse your credit card and accts.
I received my bottles of the Premium Cleanse and the Garcinia Cambogia. The representative agreed that I had not had it long enough to see how it works. She said to try it and she reduced the price. Then she told me I could still cancel at any time. She was very friendly and helpful.

All they will say is their terms are 14 days. I didn't even have time to try it. So far I have only been charged $10 shipping and $69.71 for the "free trial"

when i ordered the two bottles from Nutrashift I called within 7 days of ordering. I did receive a cancellation number. That was the 10th of July. On the 30th of July I received a charge to my credit card for 9.63 from a place called skinny camp. After further investigation, this company had all of my information including a credit card number, my email address and my phone number and name. She offered me a "replacement" and when I told her I was going to go to the BBB and the Attorney general for them (nutrashift) illegally selling my personal information to another company she stated she would reverse the charges on the card and gave me a cancellation number. Lets hope this is cancelled.. Is there any retribution towards a company that does this?

I have only had the product for about a week. I called to cancel because I have not had a chance to try it and they said they charged me $75.82. I told the rep I only received the product within the last week and she said the trial period ends 14 days from the date you order. Very deceiving... they would not refund my $75.82.

After ordering a "pay shipping only, sample" I was charged for an ongoing rate of 75.80 per month. The company says that you must call to discontinue service. The page I ordered from said nothing about agreements, ongoing charges, or ongoing shipping. Because of the unforseen charge, I paid over drafts and bounced checks on my acct. for 197.00. When I phoned the company, they denied any such procedure. It is a scam to abuse your credit card and accts.

I received my bottles of the Premium Cleanse and the Garcinia Cambogia. The representative agreed that I had not had it long enough to see how it works. She said to try it and she reduced the price. Then she told me I could still cancel at any time. She was very friendly and helpful.
