They said that the product was already shipped but that i soon as i receive it, to simply ship it back within 30 days.. I received the product a month and a half after! I shipped it back upon receiving it.. They still charged 112 dollars in my credit card. I call back to their so called "world class customer service" and i was trying to explain the lady what happened.. She basically told me to let her talk when i was trying to explain something.. I Remained calm and told her this is not a way to speak to clients, and she straight up told me "mam shut up".... I was petrifyed since a truthfull non-scam company would not treat customers this way... I called the bank to cancel my card and the bank told me they were aware of this company and that unfortunaly many customers get trapped by their scam marketing and that products are shipped on purpose after 30 days even if you cancell the purchase, in order to charge you.. Please not i am from montreal, canada (it seams i cant change the state to provice) and that i understand i might not benefit from anything, however i am using all means to inform people to be aware.. I purchased the 30-day "free trial" and it is a total SCAM misleading customers... The sales lady told me i would be receiving it within a week... Well... 10 days later, they called me again selling me another thing and i said NO... And that i did not receive what i've ordered 10 days ago and that i would like to cancel... Well the lady hung up.. I called back and someone else answer right away saying my name (that scared me)... Then they hung up and called again... I got transfered and the lady promissed that the package was sent so all i have to do is to return it within 30 days and that i wont be charged.. Well, i received the package a month and a half later... I returned it upon receiving it! And got charged 112$... When i called, i explained it and the lady refused and started reminding me their policy.. I immedietly said that this is not fair because i called on time to cancel and that its not my fault they sent me the package a month and a hald later and she said they did sent it on time but because i live in canada it took that long (lies by the way, i order stuff from china and get it within 3 weeks)... Well, the lady told me to shut up and that i wasnt bein polite by not letting her talk... I held my breath cause i knew right away that this company is scam.. First, you never tell a customer to shut up.. I remained calm and told her i know she probably hates her job but i m talking to her with respect and i expect that from her.. She started arguying saying its not her problem if i wasnt able to return the item within 30 days.. I started looking for reviews and noticed many other customers had very similar umpleasent situation.. When i called my credit card company the lady knew right away what company i was talking about and told me what she tells all clients, to cancel their cards... Its funny their website sais that they offer "world class customer service"... Plus, i figured they have several diferent phone numbers and when they answer, they dont look professional "hello?", this kind of answer.. My concern is how they are misleading thousands of people through false advertisement ... Thank you in advance for reading this, i hope this could alarm others to not fall for these scams...
