Please beware of this company. The way they scam you is that they use a tactic called charge-backs.
Examples are having you go back to properties for very frivolous purposes like removing a blown leaf from another yard that you serviced earlier, a delay tactic to make you miss week-endin payroll. Always claim that they have problems with payroll and it will be straighten out by your next check. A horrible appeals process.break contracts with you regarding pay and then lower the pay later later with yard type descriptions. charge you re-assignment fees after you instucted by email that you cant service their yards due to rain, vehicle break downs , or equiptment failure. Their dispute process takes up to 2 weeks and you will never win! Changes the rules they set like night and day! Its like a bank. they find all sorts of frivolus ways to keep your money saying you didnt do a cut right, yet you return do nothing take photos (gas burning) resubmit the photos and mysteriously they are now approved,but guess what they missed being processed for the current pay period! They outright lie to you as you learn to get everything in writing. every complaint about this company is TRUE!! They B.S their vendors so hard that its hard for them to keep good vendors so they keep hiring the next poor sucker who was looking for a honest pay. The Management is overworked and you can tell due to the horrible lack of communication they are allowed to have with you. they tried to steal $300 from me and held my last check saying i owe (ghost reassignment fees out of no where!) I had to file a theft of service police report to get half my money back they stole. Ive heard that the company is going down and they are abusing their vendors with a "crack rock" like addicton in getting any dollar they can from you in the most obvious and sleazy ways! Like Narcissistic they dont start the game till your several weeks in or they sence your dependence on a job that cheats!
This is not a lie, they had to change their name due to the same mess that they create. The used to be called ALLYEAR services. DO NOT CUT GRASS FOR THEM OR MAID SERVICES!!! I dont kno about the maint side of the company but thier strength of their inability to keep long time vendors is in thier chargeback policy designed to find a way to chip money from you...
Please find honest work be patient. If you decide to do anything for them get it in writing. Not because it would be a deterent to their obnoxious behavior, but rather evidence against them in you filing charges for theft of services!

I worked for this company for 2 yrs after constant charge backs and no communication and not receiving any more work from them because we questioned them on their tactics of trying to keep our money we broke ties with them is there a good email address where we could talk to someone in regards to this lawsuit?
Reality is that the vast majority of these complaints are complaining about standard aspects of this type of job! If you fail to take all the required pictures, then that is on you. If you do not want to complete the entire work order, then it seems like you just do not understand the scope of work you are supposed to be completing as a Property Preservation vendor. I would be very happy to take whatever work Northsight has to give!

I have been working with Northsight Management for the past couple of months and have had to either go back to the same site several times (5 times on couple of jobs) for the same work order or basically they would decline the work I had done because the system was not working correctly. Each time has been for stupid stuff or them saying I never completed an order when what they had done was add on to the original work order. They say to put in bids and for a job which I have done on numerous occasions and they even accepted one and then changed what they accepted to what the max they would pay for rental equipment. They have asked me to check homes that are so bad that there is even black mold in it and still ask me to go in. I have declined jobs like this and they still reassign it to me or they will punish me by not giving me any jobs for about a week. Now they have changed when we were getting paid, which was every Friday, to now on Wednesday. They also said I had to spend over $30.00 for HUD keys so that I am able to get into the homes that they are telling me to go into. I hope this helps to prevent anyone else from getting ripped off like me. Now I am looking for a repatable company to work with in North Carolina.
I don't have any bad stories yet. I was just surfing the internet to find reviews of this northsight company I will be doing work for. So far I have given them all the stuff they needed to get me started ( started a separate bank account to just use for them, cover myself don't trust anyone with my main account) anyway they have walked me thru everything and returned my phone calls when I had questions. I guessing the only people who review on here will be people that have a complaint that's just how it goes. Nobody ever praises anybody for good things they just go about their business, human nature. But I plan to write a review on here in a month or so to give an accurate review that is unbiased based on how this process matures
I start questioning them on there pay and then they have a whole bunch of problems for lawns that I mowed over and over again, and nothing has changed, they complain about overgrown yards that have been over grown for a while, there charge back system is a joke, either this week or next week I am going to call the attorney general for Arizona and the state that I am doing work and going to report them, I was wondering if there was a way to report them to HUD because most of the yards mowed are for HUD. Do not work for them they are a scam. I did not heed the warnings I read all over the Internet, I should of, everything that most others talked about rang true.
Northsight Managment is the same company as All Year Services (AYS) read all the reports on AYS before joing Northsight Managment. I promise you they will rip you off and steal your money! It is a guarnetee!! They did it to me and they have done it to two of my friends who are in landscaping also.

After prevailing in your lawsuit( and you will), may I suggest prosecuting all involved using RICO.
