We went from 2100 to 4000 down. This is why I asked you prior to paying you 750 dollars what my cost would be, and how approval is granted. I was told by you that you had more then one of these vehicles to choose from, and the only issue would be if I had an open bankruptcy, owed back taxes or child support. I have none of this!!
I really would appreciate a call back as this is and has been holding me up on getting my business up an running. I've made numerous calls and emails to follow up as I was told it was I its underwritting process.
Can I ask how do you give a guarantee tht I'd have this truck.....then do a total 180 to something totally different, then ask if I was interested after a 750 deposit was made???????

I am trying to understand what North South Leasing is, and has been doing in the past week were my 05 fl is gone, my cost went up to damn near double, and my choices of vehicles being....in-existant????

As iI said, after you have paid your 750 he will put your phone number on a block were you can only leave a message. I called from house phone an got not only a ring tone but a different voicemail, a nicer, more friendlier one.
If anyone knows of what we can do further please let me know. I am interseted in going broke, bankrupt to not only tank this company but provide jailtime as well. This is plain ROBBERY.

North South Leasing specializes in offering truckers or business individuals looking to get into the trucking world, an opprotunity to purchase a vehicle, without a credit check, and a variety of other benefits. I leased a truck from this company for seven months, I had diffuculty finding a driver, and still made my payments on time. I was late on maybe 1 payment, corrected the issue, and caught it right back up. After the previous week of giving this individual (Bob Anderson) over $500 ; I was told my payments were caught up and up to date. Mr.Anderson harassed my phone for almost a week asking me about $250.00. Called my phone, left nasty messages, and dirspected my family over $250, after I had paid him over $5,000 faithfully. A week from giving Mr.Anderson the $500, I received a call while I was at work, then a text saying (I'm repoing the truck). I then called Mr. Anderson and said I'm up to date what is the issue, he said that i was in the whole for 3 weeks since January, and that he had given me enough chances. I argued and proved I made all my payments since January. Long story short, North South Leasing isn't in the business of leasing trucks, its in the business of making money. Mr. Anderson doesnt want you to be sucessful with the truck, he is hoping and praying you slip up, so that he can take the truck, and go through the same process all over again. Then when they got the papers they said they received everything. A couple days later they didn't get the check and stopped taking my call . I called bank the cashier check was cashied. No one endorsed it just numbers on the back.
Then they had the calls going straight to voice mail. I called on April 13 and talked to Kevin and said he will find info. When i called back said that Bob the owner said that there was nothing they could do. And again calls went straight to voice mail.
Today I looked at my visa bill and it showed another company charged my card. I called the number and it was a bath place. When I told them about what finding out why the charged the card and they transfered and it went to a voice mail like NSleasing.
I hung up and called again. And Bob answered and knew who I was . I have never talked to him and he kept telling me that if I turned in all the paper you would have a truck.
I told him I have never talked to him before and he said yes I have. He would never tell me what I was supposedly missing... And I know I sent everything.
If you did an application fee with them check you bill. And dispute it. nSLeasing us the only company I authorized to charge my card not the compan . I also got another number for this number is where the first time I talked to Bob. 586-296-0011.

and to top that off Mr.Anderson says in his response I'm not entitled to a refund NS leasing are theives please drivers stay away from these crooks!! & I do have all emails & copies of faxes.
North South Leasing is the most dishonest and fraudulent company I have ever had dealings with. In the beginning NS Leasing was quite pleasant and helpful getting the process of leasing a truck started,but after about a week into the process they began to stop any communication with me.
Phone calls were hardly ever answered, when the calls were answered no information would be provided, voice and emails ignored. It would seam that the only thing that NS Leasing does quickly is cash your deposit check.
I tried repeativly to contact Bob Anderson, VP, to take delivery of the truck of which the deposit was taken, six weeks later still no truck and refusal to refund my deposit. It appears now my only recourse is to take North South Leasing to court to retrieve my deposit.

Called, spoke to a guy name Tom (he was nice from the start), so all was well. I provided my information and he sent a link to process a credit card payment of $29.00 to run the credit report (fine, all dandy). He stated that he would send an email with an attachment and be thorough when you fill it out and sign (fine, all dandy). The attachment was sent. I then (AGAIN like a dummy, after the fact) proceeded to go to ""ripoffreport"" and seen TONS of complaints (see for yourself) in reference to ripoffs, $750.00 refunds, etc. I called back and the phone went straight to voicemail for the rest of the day, lol. One complaint that really got to me was when a guy said that someone at nsleasing said that they had a gut feeling that they will not be paid per month......""a gut feeling"" (really.....lol). If it's not paid, then simply take that person down, but since this is a rip off company, there's no point!
I simply asked Tom about it and he explained that ""people do not read"", ""it's in black that we do not issue refunds"". So I asked, if I'm NOT approved for the vehicle, why not issue a refund? He said well the $750 was to install a GPS. I then asked, okay cool....for example: If I send a $750.00 check, money order or whatever, and I'm NOT approved, the GPS is now installed (so I'm out of $750.00), his ""honest"" answer was we do not issue refunds, it says it in black and white (lol)! That's the ONLY answer that was provided. I then ask, so now that the GPS is installed and someone else applies for the same vehicle, you'll take their $750.00, what is their $750.00 used for?????? This is the answer I get....well it says it in black and white above the signature line, there are no refunds (lol). Then proceeded to say, well if you dont want to do business with us, then dont do business with us, it says it in black and white, no refunds (lol).
About a year ago now I contacted North South Leasing about a commercial truck rental. I checked them out and they didn't seem like they would be a company that would rip you off. They had a website and they were placing ads and claimed to have multiple loactions. So I filled out my application, sent them all the information that they requested, and after getting a ""pre-approval"" sent them a deposit for a truck. I sent them a certified check for $750.00, they got it an cashed it within days!!! After they got my money, they stopped returning my emails, which should have been my first clue. Then I spoke with Bob (the owner) and he told me he was just finishing up my paperwork (which they had had for a couple weeks at this point) and that everything should be set to go in a few days and he would call me to finialize a pick up for the truck that we had placed a deposit on. About a week later I called him to find out what was going on and he informed me that he ""no longer felt comfortable completing the deal"". When I asked why he could not give me a good legitimate reason. He sited nothing about my credit history or payment terms, he just had a ""gut"" feeling. So I asked when I could expect my deposit back since he was going back on the terms of our agreement and he said within 30 days. Well now it has been almost 1 year and he has not given me back my $750.00. I have tried to contact him several times, by phone, emial, and his website. I have also reached out to other numbers that he has had listed. When I have reached someone, Bob is always busy and unable to speak with me, but I am told he will call me back shortly. Those called NEVER came. My number has not changed nor my email address so there is no excuse as to why he has not returned my many calls, emails, and messages!!! If you know what is good for you and your company you WILL NOT use this company as they are SCAMMERS!!!!!!
Thank goodness I did not make a deal with them, things have actually worked out in my favor with other endeavors that I have persued and my company is better off and prospering thanks to the valuable lesson I learned from them. Never again will I try to work with a company like this, unless they have been fully vetted.
