I too was scammed by this company. They ask you to pay $500 for their services, then they add that into the price of the car to entice you, say they have several people looking for that particular car and it should be sold within a couple of weeks, then you get paid. My wife said it was too good to be true, I should have listened.
They charge your credit card right away after you fill out a very legitimate looking agreement. They have a 90 day guarantee in which they will refund 75% of your money back if it doesn't sell. My car did not sell and I had it past the 90 days, did all the refund paperwork as laid out in the agreement, and now 3 months after I submitted for the refund, I am still trying to get the credit. On top of this, they will not credit your account the entire 75%, rather they say (never do) they will credit you about 25% credit on the credit card and give you the rest in "fuel vouchers". They did send me $200 in "fuel vouchers" but this is a bigger joke than the first rip off agreement (you have to pay $29.95 for each voucher program up front, track your fuel for 6 months and apply for $20 credit each month). Who is going to do that???
Please go to their website www.naautosales.com and look at the listings of the cars. They have different spellings for their cars, no order to the listings, the site barely works, this should have been my first clue. They have good sales people that are great scam artist. I know I could not live with myself if my job was to rob people like they do. My hope is that they never do this to anyone again.
