This company is impossible to reach, they will not give me a phone number or call me they only use email.
I have spent weeks trying to corresponde with them to send merchindise back. Finall I received two address's for return and when I asked which one I should use they never responded so I just choose one and sent my stuff back.
Now I receive an email I have a credit with them for $19.40 for $120.00 worth of merchandise. I emailed them again and when they respond they do not address my problem. I have asked them to call me or give me a number to contact them but they completly ignore this request.
Well basically I placed 3 orders with nomorerack on 12/02 of this year.
I had hoped I would receive them prior to Christmas but they never came. I started calling the delivery companies, asking neighbors, checking my mailbox repeatedly, I took every avenue possible. EXCEPT contacting nomorerack themselves which I ended up doing after a stressful Christmas and hardly no gifts for my children due to other peoples incompetence.
I figured I would get the help I deserved after the holiday rush.. during the Christmas season, so many packages are lost in transit, destroyed, stolen, delivered to the wrong address, etc. I'm not here to dog UPS, Fedex, USPS or any of the delivery services really. They have tried to help me a lot more than Nomorerack.
Anyway after emailing NMR's 24/7 customer support.. I received an E-mail from Jonathan asking me the order numbers and details of the merchandise in question which I found odd given those were the only orders placed on my account ever.. so it's pretty self explanatory.
I had to basically copy and paste my order history for Jonathan because not much else would suffice. That was okay though, I did it. Then I waited for the speedy reponse he promised.. for an entire day.. then 2 days.. then nearly 3. Finally I sent the same email to him again, pointing out the fact that he never replied to me. He finally did after he avoided my pleas for his help regarding an issue that was definitely not my fault.
He said to me in the reply message, that he checked the delivery status and all items had been delivered properly. For me to check my mailbox, contact my neighbors, and contact the local post office to see if they were holding them. I'm not sure if Jonathan knows the struggle of being a single parent but he's crazy if he thinks I wouldn't have already done all of these things already.. when over $100 is flushed down the toilet with nothing in return to show for it except sad children.
To add to my already horrible experience.. Jonathan also stated I had to file a police report and send him a copy in order for him to assist me further. I guess he's also not aware that the police aren't going to really do anything about a missing package. What a great policy *sarcasm*
It baffles me how a place can demand a police report from you when you don't even know what's happened in the first place. During Christmas time anything could happen.. you can't just assume they were stolen. That's a waste of time and effort.. taking the police away from actual crime so you can file a police report for a website that makes its living by selling other companies old shitty merchandise for amazing deals and prices!!
Companies like Amazon will refund you straight away if you have any issues at all, that's why I'll be taking my business to them for everything I may need in the future. I'd rather a pay a few extra dollars and know I'll be reimbursed if anything should happen rather than try to 'save money' when I get absolutely nothing in return.
I hope they are happy that they've gotten my childrens christmas gift money this year, disgusting crooks. I would ashamed if I had to have that on my conscience. All for the sake of a dollar when they make more than I do in a year.. in one day probably.
I was also told the police report bit was part of their rules and regulations... I searched the site for something stating that and didn't really find anything similar to what Jonathan was stating.
I am going to attempt to file a complaint with my bank and hopefully after some investigation, I will get my money back and try to redeem myself for the terrible Christmas my kids had. It's better late than never.

The ad on line says that all products are NEW. I purchased a tablet for my daughter for $289.00. The box said "Refurbished". It did not work. I sent it back. NOMORERACK would not refund my money. This is theft clear and simple. The FCC should be all over this company as they use the internet to defraud people out of money. I would gladly lead the charge of a class action lawsuit. Back In summer 2013, I purchased a green leather pursue, that I absolutely loved! After about twotwo months, one of the buckle completely fell apart, and that's when I noticed the buckles on the other side of the purse had completely more sturdy buckles!! I can not get it repaired, so I'm stuck with a beautiful pursue I can't use. I was given credit for this purchase, but not another green, leather pursue I wanted. I purchased an iPad from Nomorerack.com in May and had a change of heart when I realized it was the first one Apple made. It was going to be a gift for our 8 year old grandson. It didn't have a camera. I did not realize that until I received it. So I contacted the company via email -the only method of contact they allow. Got a return authorization number and instructions for making the return.
I followed their instructions for the return meticulously. in June I got an email from them saying their vendor reports that I failed to include tha AC charge adapter. I replied that I did, in fact, include the adapter. Next email said they would have some department look into the matter. The latest email tells me they are sorry, but the vendor admits the iPad was received, but not the adapter, therefor they are closing the request for my refund!
This is fraud! They have the iPad and the adapter and my money!
Nomorerack has 2,980 complaints in the past 12 months, quality of clothes sucks, customer service sucks, never received a refund on 2 dresses I mailed back to them in its original packaging. I notified customer service that I was returning the dresses but the record of this seems to of disappeared. I would never order from Nomorerack again. They should be put out of business for having so many complaints.
No More Rack ripped me off, I sent back a computer I ordered Because when it arrived it was broken, it would not turn on at all. We tried to charge it for 24 hours and still nothing what a waste. We called No More Rack and they said go ahead and send it back they even gave us the authorization number to send it to them. I put it back in the mail via UPS on January 2nd and they notified me on January 20th that they had gotten the item and it could take up to 2 weeks for the money to show up in our bank account. I have argued with them since about getting my money back and I seem to be getting no where so now I am going to notify the BBB and the Attorny General's office as well. I hope that at some point something happens and maybe at some point this company can be put on notice that they can't keep taking people's money and not returning it. I am also going to go to Jag and hope that we can get this company Black Listed for the Military so no more of us get screwed over by this company.
I have tried everything I can think of to get my families money back but they refuse to do so they just want to keep telling lies and more lies. I have called them over 10 times trying to get my families money back but nothing to go, I have even tried to talk to managers but they just blow smoke up your butt just long enough to keep you quite. It's like being on a merry go round with them cause that's what they do give you the run around. It's not much to some people but to a military family $250.00 can be a lot. I hope that others don't get screwed over by this company.
