Nizario's Pizza in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco has at least 3 employees that are invloved in an ongoing scam. I am holding Nizario's Pizza as a whole accountable for enabling their employees rob their customers. This occured at 2:30am, Sunday, May 24th at 279 Columbus Ave, San Francisco. I was not drunk or at all intoxicated. I was charged $17 for a $7 purchase. I handed them a $20 bill. After believing there was a mistake with my change I questioned the 'cashier' who said I handed him a $10 bill. My girlfriend confirms I handed him $20. He had given me $2 change. He became immediatly defensive and delivered a response that could only be described as scripted. The 'cashier' then brings over the 'manager' who says "we will get this worked out for you" and my gf asks to see the security footage. The footage he showed was from a different date and time.
The 'manager' gave another scripted response to our questions in an attempt to bamboozle us. It did not work. Moments later, I see another customer at the counter upset because he was overcharged. This was confirmation beyond all doubt that I had been a victim of a scam. If you have any related experience to this at Nizarios in North beach I encourage and appricate if you would reply here. Please help me put these crooks in jail where they belong.
