Received a Recall Notice from Nissan. One June 1, 2015, I brought my car to the SI Nissan repair center for the work to be performed...engine timing chain. Car has been brought back on 3 additional occasions, as the recall work was performed in a negligent fashion. Each subsequent visit resulted in another "failed part" being replaced..all from the recall work. I was given a loaner car today however, on the prior occasions, I was told that there were no available cars.
My car has been in their repair center for a total of 8 days......was advised today that they are calling a "technical specialist" to assit with the work to be performed......the recall work needs to be completely done over. Today is June 19th...car will not be rwady until next Tuesday or Wedensday.
Manager refuses to talk to me and phone calls are put on hold for long periods of time. Worse service center I have ever had the misfortune to utilize.
