I ordered 2 prothetic pieces from this Nimba Creations 1 month before my photo shoot. The items arrived exactly 1 week before my shoot and where in terrible condition. Not molded properly, edges hard enough to cut a steak with. I immeadiatly contacted the owner and described the condition of the prothetics. His reply was I must have been sent the pieces intended for trashing. Seriously you take my money and send me trash!! No, I am not over reacting this is poor business practices. Why would you not check the items you are shipping? I didnt believe it then nor now. I think they are just suck at making prothetics and that was a quick excuse. So I told the owner that I wanted a refund I would not wait another month for the items that had already taken 3 weeks to get to me. Nimba Creations told me to send back the trashy prothetics and refuse the corrected items.
I did just that and to date these jerks have not refunded my money. Because I decided not to spend 45.00 american to return the trashy items and only had a customs slip Pay Pal could not help me to retrive my money. I am still going to debate this buyers protection BS. I spent 80.00 american and another 11.00 to return the junk and I've not gotten a dime refunded. DO NOT waste money on this company. I did end up using a reputable American company based in Hollywood that sent my items correctly molded and edges that where pro quality in 3 busines
