Night & Day Construction was contracted to remodel our office area after a roofing company's reroofing job negligence caused our offices to be flooded from a heavy rain storm.
The flooding occurred over the Thanksgiving holiday and Night & Day Construction was contracted shortly after that and they started in December of 2013 and finished in February of 2014... so it took a few months to clean up the mess, move furniture and work in one office area at a time while we struggled to continue our business and day to day affairs.
The total cost of the repairs to walls, ceiling and floors was over $30,000. We paid Night & Day Construction within one week of them finishing and a few days later we had some problems... the grout in the tile was cracking and crumbling and there were areas in the carpet that were unraveling.
We contacted the project manager at Night & Day Construction who handled our job (Benny Rodriquez) and he said he would have someone come and take care of the problems. After a week and no one from their company had come to assist us we contacted them again... and again they said they would take care of it. This continued for weeks and then finally they would not respond to us at all.
I feel Night & Day Construction ripped us off with poor workmanship in their repairs to our office and they ignore any kind of follow-up or warranty to their work. I suggest that you do not do business with Night & Day Construction.
