I filled out Harris Surveys for reward points and spent them on what I thought would be gift cards for Amazon only to learn only electronic codes would be sent. It was a difficult process but I requested the codes in early November so they could be used for Christmas. This was supposed to be quick and easy.
When the codes had not come by December I was assured they would make it by Christmas. When I complained they finally made it by January. I was sent four codes and none worked. I was sent four more and half worked. It is possible that one other code for $25 worked.
A year later I sent for two more codes to Home Depot. Those did work. I learned about the earlier problem of some of the Amazon codes still not working when I inquired. Since it was a gift they had been reluctant to complain. When I contacted Harris about all the problems I had with their survey beside the codes that had not worked they agreed to send two more each worth $25.
These came by mail and were for Home Depot instead of Amazon but I could still use them so I did not complain. I took them to Home Depot and was told they both had zero amounts on them. When I contacted Harris again I was told the Home Depot numbers had worked. They had but the Amazon hadn't. I tried to explain I had accepted the Home Depot gift certificates in place of Amazon to make things easier. I asked them to check their records. I was ignored from there on. No answer.
