This company used deceptive practices to make recipients think they have a winning number awarding them for $2 million but this requires $12.99 to process. Very deceptive. While enough disclosure may be provided on a separate paper in tiny font, there is deception written all over this. It may be technically legal, but I don't see this as ethical.
