Horrible experience. Purchased a title report, but never received it. Their website does not work, because it won't allow you to email them through their link or click on most of the links. I called and left messages because they do not answer their phones, and I never received any calls back. After a month, I decided to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. Nextace responded to them by emailing them the title report I had bought over a month before and never received. Because it took so long, I no longer needed the report, but because they submitted the report to the credit card company (even though I never received it) they canceled the dispute and I hate to eat the money. Nextace has very poor customer service, actually none in my case. They do not deliver the product you pay for. I would NEVER purchase anything from them again and I highly recommend that nobody else does as well, unless they want to risk having the same experience as I did with them.
