I purchased the ultimate trader’s package from MTI after multiple infomercial emails and phone calls. Mr. Kyle told me that I have nothing to worry about because their cancelation policy is designed for the first 30 days to allow customers to opt out of the service if not completely satisfied with a full refund. The deals and the hype never stop I finally purchased the package for $4700.00 with a signed consent to take the money from my credit card in two payments; Mr. Kyle took my credit card information over the phone and debited my credit for $2000.00 after receiving the approval that was when he emailed me an authorization form to fill out.
No contract was emailed to me prior, however I received the orientation email that Mr. Kyle told me will explain everything to me I followed all the instructions I called the office and was assisted by Mr. Booth (my mentor) for fifteen to twenty minutes. He told me if I have any problem in accessing the files to call him back. I worked on the video for approximately one hour on the 7/23/2013 and everything seems ok. I continued the following day and after working for an hour the video stopped and a black screen came on I had difficulty continuing the lesson.
I called the office and was assisted by another mentor to get the lesson restarted. I continued on with the video lesson everything seem ok then after another two to three hours the video stopped and the black screen came on again with difficulty restarting. I called the office again and again frustrated, I was assisted three different times after waiting for long periods for someone to call back and assist me. I then told Mr. Kyle I wanted to cancel and I needed a full refund, he then told me to fill out a form on the website.
My cancelation was only addressed by continued webinars, the deals and the hype never stop they were only interested in selling more scams. MTI is very big on hype and extremely short on delivery and measurable result. I continued to call MTI letting them know that I am not satisfied with the online lesson and need a full refund; I was told by customer service that I will have to finish 16 modules to get my money back. This is a Ponzi scheme; I should not have to do 16 modules to get my money back, this is a scam the video does not work.
The BBB of Central Florida has 25 complaints of their fraudulent products and services their number is 407-621-3300. Also on scambook.com website there is complains about their products and services. Repoff.com on their website stated that they resolved the numerous complaints filed against MTI and they are in good standing this information is misleading, and this is the info that caused me to do business with this company. I just wished I had check with the BBB first.
Hoping you will take a look into this matter and I thank you in advance. I can be reached at (((phone number redacted))) or email me(((email redacted)))
