They take your security deposits and unless it is an problem to the degree of a completely broken air conditioner or a blown hot water heater theyndomnot take care of their propertietheir complained and took them to task ,threated them with landlord court they had the gall to send me a certified retribution letter giving me 35 daystoo vacate the premmesis all while I had a signed lease. I threatened them with landlord court and they backed offfl when our lease was up weleft the house in good clean order. Out of a 2300.00 security deposit theyreturned 638.00 and charged us over 1200.00tot replace 10'year old carpwit which is illegal. The carpet was an issue when I moved in and again when I renewed the lease for one more year.i am sewing them in landlord court. Also one of the air conditioners had a slow leak and the unit needed to be replaced which cost thousands of dollars instead the paid to put more refrigeration in the unit which began to leak cost me several thousand dollars in additional electric bills during the hot months of May tru October for two years. I am suing them in small claims court for that one. I tried to speak to the office manager but she doesboot return any calls. I explained to them that it would be to their benefit toreturn the rest of my deposit and make a reasonable offer for the electric bill than go to court where the penalty for keeping ones security deposit is double plus cost in the State of Nevada. Mthey get away with this quite often because people do not know how to fight them.l a,word to the wise do not rent a home from these lowlife scumbags.
