Short of story - The NAS is currently soliciting unwarranted fees on senior citizens and placing liens on the their houses if the can't make the payments...The HOA has filed a lawsuit against for unlawfully representing them...Currently they just went after my Grandmother's House...an 82 years old widow with Dementia...who owes them no money... NSA trying to put a lien on her house...HOA (their Clint) demanded they drop it...NAS refused wants payment over a case that doesn't existed...and the NSA refused to produce a bill or statement... I was also told my a manager at HOA that NAS told HOA that they claimed to sent letter about the lien in Jan 2012, requesting $ 2880.00 plus some change, but it was never received nor will they provide me with a copy of this letter or a current statement of billing for charges and fees. And no other notifications were receive. The interesting thing about this all, in phone conversation with an NAS staff member, I was told that they deliberately held on to the false claim for a year...before sending my Grandmother the foreclosure sale notification in July 2013 (I guess to hack on late fees ?) NAS is currently demanding my Grandmother told sign a form agreeing to pay them in monthly installments, without provide any payments information, amounts, fees or etc...nor a an agreement to end all foreclosure activities...Now keep in mind, she doesn't own them anything. NAS is run by lawyers who are taking advantage of loopholes in the State of Nevada to target helpless people, such as my Grandmother...Please help!
