Neuma Tattoo Machines could not provide me with the air compressor that they had on their website store. After contacting them threw emails where they would reply back with numerous excuses, calling then them for a straight answear they agreed to refund me for the air compressor, but I would be placed on a waiting list.
Till this day I'm waiting to be refunded by Carson Hill he won't pick up his phone just rings and goes to voice mail , be won't pick up his phone, he reply back to my e mails.
