Networx Leads Sold me a false based system. Disque their categories and they place my company for leads and lead me down a deciptive path of cost. I was told i could cancel at any time not only did i call ahead off time they firmly believe that there was NO notes OUR INDICATIONS IN their computer that supported that. But in the same token acknowledge that i called and was not satisfied but they beleive i wasnt paying attention and they sent me online tutorials to make their crappy leads more believable. High pressure sales and terrible customer service reps. Promise of make beleive building your buiness together. Snake's Then after i blocked the charge on my Cc they finally were able to withdraw their funds after i previously cancelled and told me too bad call your finacial institution After being passed along to 4 differnt unprofessional mangers telling me im a horrible buiness owner if i can not close a lead they provided. REALLY AND THAT IF I CANCEL I SPIT IN THEIR FACES REALLY. Well here IS a thought im a remodeling firm specializing in siding and windows. Why cant i close a deal on a replacement toilet or a attic insulation job or a faucet repair. Heres why you jerks im a contractor not mr fix it. Total bulls* chumps sitting behind computer screens reading a script. Guess what JOSH BRIAN MARY ANN you may have gotten my 500 bucks but i have what you cant pride and integrity. Its people like you why homeowners and contractors have trust issues. No faces just empty promises and names. Hope you sleep well at night taking individuals hard earned money.
I paid for a service that was promised but not delivered in entirety. I was refused a refund, but offered another service for another $800.00. Employees were rude and told me it is company policy not to give refunds and to complain to my CC company.
Before I prepaid to get exclusive leads, I discussed thoroughly with the rep at Networx as to what constituted a valid lead. When we were in agreement that their operational mode was the same as my expectations, I gave the go ahead to commence paying for leads. Right away I started getting bogus leads from people that did not want services at the time they contacted me. The leads would call to tell me they were not calling for service; they just wanted to know if I charged a fee, would come out if the service company at their house at the present time couldn't fix it... if I would;
wanted to wait to see what the insurance adjuster was going to say about her undiagnosed system etc. The customer service rep agreed that the 4 leads I wanted credit on were not qualified/valid leads, and they would get credited within the week. He went as far as stating that the leads were so poor that if they were to give this poor quality of leads to every contractor that did business with them, they would go out of business.
When the credit did not go through, I called and talked to the original rep that oversold their program. He promised to send an audio recording of our conversation which supports the facts of what we both agreed would be acceptable vs. unacceptable leads. He has now refused to send the recording. There idea of a lead is,""Hello, I am not in need of your services and I don't want you to come to my house."" What a lack of integrity to commit such a fraud.
