They failed to send me statements of a road trip---sent me one, but then I lost it--but they never sent me another for that trip. However, in October they sent me another statement that was about a trip in September--but did not have the previous balance of the other trip. They are making a statement for each trip and not alerting the people that each trip has its own statement and balance so that if you forget about one trip or assume that it is included then they can rack up $15.00 late fees all over the place. What a scam. I will never ride their toll road again and I am spreading the word.
We are having the same problems. We have a TxTag but still get occasional bills from NETRMA with $15.00 violation fees for late charge. When I call customer service to try to straighten it out, they can't even explain why I'm getting bills. TxTag says I have a zero balance and NETRMA says I still have unpaid charges!! It is a mixed up mess. I think its a scam!
I travel through the toll frequently and every once in a while I will receive a bill from NETRMA processing because the toll tag didn't work. Instead of working with TOLL TAG, they just send a bill that you wont pay attention to. All my toll tag is setup on an automatic withdrawl, therefore we pay very little attention to netrma. But they pay close attention to late fees that you have to FIGHT. These guys.
