We are owners of an online company in California that was in need of SEO. Netmark promised us everything- they would be working closely with us, could help us regain our ranking, and all the other things you want to hear. We were weary to sign a contract committing to three or more months and it was a good thing we didn’t because right from the start once they take your money, the games begin.
We sent numerous emails asking what was going on and volunteered to help out if we could. We got apologies, more promises and nothing to show for our first month. When we complained that the work was unprofessional and we were very dissatisfied, we were put off long enough for them to take the next month’s money and still deliver nothing. Immediately we cancelled service and asked for our money back. That is when the real fun started. We received a call back from one of the executives who did not want to hear our complaints but arrogantly said that they were accepting our cancellation and that no money would be returned. This was 6 days into the second month.
We have tried to get our money back through our credit card company to no avail. Even with all the documentation we supplied of them not doing any work, Netmark would not return even our second month when they did no work.
Netmark does not deal honestly with their clients and even when proven incompetent, they accept no responsibility. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY , make you promises but do not deliver. BEWARE.
