It took almost a month to get my DVD. The company never sent a tracking number, so it was "shipping" for nearly two weeks. When the DVD finally did come in, I was surprised to find that it was pirated. The DVD case was clearly used and the movie cover had been printed off the computer. I will never use this company again! Buyers beware...

Received item (Jesse stone complete season) that did not look anything like it did on their site. What I received looks like a cheap flimsy copy. Would not take the item back and only offered half my money back. I feel scammed!
This company offers you DVDs hard to find and/or with 50% discount after you make searchs in ebay. They charge your card. Send you emails confirming your order; letting you know that is being shipped; and the DVDs never arrived.
When you try to see the status of your order through the link they provide, you have no response. Only that a tracking number hasn't been assigned.
When you try to call, nobody answers, just a machine.
My advise.... STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you want to save time and troubles.
If you try to cancel the order you never received they charge you $25.00. They said the order has shipped with no tracking number. Never again. Learned my lesson.
this company did not send me my dvds nor send me my refund either which had led me to believe it is not a real sight. Is there any way to get the sight off the net ?
I did receive my dvd's and the quality is terrible. The dvd's aren't marked individually and are stacked together. I will contacting my credit card company to see if they can get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered the Jesse Stone complete series. The site seemed to have very few dvds on offer, but I thought perhaps they were just getting started. I received my conformation email that my dvds were shipped then next day after I ordered them, but there was no tracking information nor any information as to which shipping was used, USPS or FedX or UPS. After 10 days, I emailed asking for information and received an email back the same day stating I needed to wait 14 calendar days and all items were shipped USPS. I received my dvds the next day, but was shocked to find 8 unmarked dvds in a holder designed to hold only one, just stacked on top of each other, unprotected in any other way. I suspect these are pirated. I was charged $4.95 for shipping, the package had postage of $1.61, but I do not begrudge the extra handling. What I do not like is the email said they were sent 6 days before the actual postmark, why lie about when they shipped? I am looking for someway to report this company for pirating dvds. I recommend everyone avoid this company.

I just ordered something from them. Then I just saw this website and now I cant find anyway to contact them and the more I look at the site I should have known it wasn't legit. Not sure what to do.
After receiving the first and second season of "Early Edition" on DVD as a birthday present from Amazon, I went to see about season 3 and 4 from Amazon. They did not have it. I saw that NETDVDVideos.com listed season 3 and 4 for about $45. Since I don't have cable, I occasionally invest in some DVD's.
Well, they sent the DVD's in an official looking DVD box with a picture of the show on the front. When I started watching the first disc, there was a "Hallmark" stamp in the corner of the screen, and the recording quality was second rate...blurry. Still good enough to be watchable, but not good.
There were editing glitches where someone stopped the recording process for commercials. And there were announcements for other shows on the Hallmark Channel at the end of the episode during the credits. Obviously, they recorded the show off of the Hallmark Channel.
I contacted, or tried to contact Hallmark, without much success. Apparently, they don't care, or it's actually not illegal. I can't say which. I guess one has little choice but to buy from a vendor with such a high profile that boot-legging is not even a consideration, such as Amazon. But, they didn't have it.
It honestly didn't occur to me that they might be boot-leg DVD's. Apparently, you can get away with just about anything anymore. I will do more research in the future before buying from a company that I do not know.
I received my bootleg copy DVD. I will be reporting them and getting my money back as well whether it be from them or from my bank.
1 star. They did send a recorded product. It was poorly packaged in to multi disc cases, recorded from SPIKE tv, on multiple discs with absolutely no labeling. The 1st disc does play, fair quality at best. Poorly recorded and poor editing of advertisement spots. $49.99 is way more than this is worth.

I ordered the 6 dvd set of The Good Witch. Received it within a week and a half. DVD box had nice artwork cover, but was not shrink wrapped as usual "new" dvds - first concern. All six dvds were stacked inside together without labels of any kind. I was able to watch only one on my dvd player hooked to my TV. The rest will not play on that dvd player. They will play on my desktop computer, so all is not lost, except viewing size from a comfortable chair. But in trying to contact the company, even the website listed above, all I get is web address not found.
So as others said above, beware.
Deserves 0 stars my copy was a pirated set and can't get in touch with anyone from the company for refund. Do not buy anything from this company

never received any dvd from this company but they did take my money no way to get in touch with anyone either. am very disgusted with all do not order from them
DVD I received was obviously a pirated copy - printer produced label, no case wrapping, no label on the DVD etc. My final E-mail to them suggesting I would personally "visit" them in Las Vegas and place this DVD in a very uncomfortable anatomical location resulted in a 50% refund. Big DEAL!
