Regarding Neptun CFL 16 watt bulbs. Clearly state that these bulbs have a TWO YEAR warranty, yet after only 8 months two of the five bulbs have gone bad. A call to their servcie hotline produced nothing -- stated flatly that they would not honor warranty. If this company cannot honor their simple, stated warranty on light bulbs,then it stands to reason that they will not honor their warranty on any of their other products.
