Forget the 10 years of records of purchases and on time payments. Let's focus on 90 days and bluntly lie in court documents saying that you spoke personally to me and i refused to pay the oh my gosh. .. $1,200 and $21.37 interest. "wow"
pretty cut and dry... I buy a laptop and laptop hinges break with in a few weeks. I return the laptop and the sales at NFM knowing I have a fancy NFM credit card I am now talked into laptop costing $300 more and now getting a hp red laptop equipped with beats by Dre. I didn't have the disk drive for dvd/cd/rw burning/copying anything to a disk! Now I'm shown a 18 month no interest and now virus protection for $200... i went from a $400 computer that they conveniently had none in stock and didn't know when they would get anymore leaving with the only other laptop that flips the screen flat and use as a tablet. Did I mention the screen before was 17 " and now I'm equipped with a little bit bigger of a view than my samsung galaxy note 2. Regardless that being the only brand that shared some of the same characteristics I have enjoyed the quality and smooth operation of the hp and now have nothing to complain about..EXCEPT THE FACT....that Nebraska Furniture Mart has filed a motion to sue, sent a Sheriff to serve me with papers and did all of this necessary agressive action in pursuit of embarrassment in front of my neighbors, lies in court documents saying they have hand written letters that I refused to respond to & that they spoke to me personally and i ignored their efforts?? If you spoke with me personally then NFM you would have gotten to know me personally! I would have personally told you that roughly 60 out of 90 days i was out of town. First in Colorado due to a close family funeral and then to the panhandle of Florida to move back 5 years of life crammed in storage with a smokey and the bandit 79 Trans am and all my belongings in storage to bring back home to omaha to one of the 2 houses owned! Stupid move NFM. $ if 1,200 breaks you... at least wait until my 18 month no interest runs up not 3 months and sue!
