I have made many financial mistakes, but have never delt with a compnay like this. The original debt was to Fast E Funds, and was for $500. I made 2 payments of $150, and wanted to pay the rest. When I called they told me that over $500 was still due. When I asked them for the reason they changed what had been discussed in the beginning. I told them to send me a copy of the contract, and a transcrip[t of the phone loan. Neither of these were done, and so I cancelled automatic withdrawl. They then tried to cash $650 from my bank undera check number I was not using, ands without my permission. This is theft no matter how you look at it.
That is when this group NCS Litigations steps in. They tell me if I do not call them back I will have a warrent issued to me at home and place of employment. I called asking them for all pertinent information, which of course they did not comply with. Even though I explained to them that I am actually currently in college studying economics and finance law. I have asked repetedly for them to contact my Bankruptcy lawyer about this. They have been calling my place of employment even though I said not to. I am going to write a letter stating this same fact. Under the law they can not call more than twice in a 30 day period, and today they called a half dozen times. They have threatned to have me arrested at my place of employment.
I have called the Banks and Loan division here in Massachusetts, and they have never heard of them. I have called the Board of Overseers for lawyers, and none of these people are listed with them. I am now writing this and calling my Attorney General. If there is anything else I can do to put these people out of business I will do it. This type of pirrahna must be stopped.
