Mario Lopez Being a Vetran of the Army I thought they would be perfect for me to ship my vehicle through , until my truck was picked up 4 days late. Then 14 days later when I call to find out why my truck haven't been delivered in the 7-10 days it was promised to be delivered. The person who I was speaking to who I was told was just a salesman but now is an owner tells me it has nothing to do with him. For me to call the driver. Mario was rude and unprofessional . DO NOT USE THIS AUTOTRANSPORT COMPANY!!! They are rude and unprofessional.
Be Aware! This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle. If you ever have to do this be prepared that alot of Shipping Companies will offer their services. Being a Retired and Disabled Vet when i saw a Company named (Navy Auto Transport) I thought well seems pretty good, they seemed to speak highly of their care and handling of Military Personel, plus they offered me a shipping price of $350 dollars. Well I signed the the agreement and a pick up date was set for 12/15/2015. When that day came, I recieved a call from the company rep and was informed that the pick up could not be made, some issue with the driver. The company rep stated he would locate a pick up for my vehicle. Some time passed and I had to call and inquire what was going on,
I was recieving daily e-mails from numerous companies stated they had vehicle in the area to pick up my car. Navy Auto Transport rep informed that since it was near the Holidays it was difficult to find a truck to pick up my vehicle. Well most recently Navy Auto Transport rep sends me a new Shipping Price of $700 Dollars, Really! that is double the price of the original price that I signed for.....Boy if that is not a Bait And Switch...and they have the nerve to lend their name toward the Military..this Company is dishonest and are only try to get your bisuness through you own desperation, needless to say my vehicle is still in Colorado, well I will not submit to this crooked Company neither should you so fellow Military Members, Vets, Retirees, Family members and Spouses just be aware. I cannot tell you which Shipping Company is the Best, but I can tell you which Shipping Company is Not.
