I agree with everything that was said by William being a former member of management myself. During my tenure there I seen people (MANAGEMENT) who had been with the company from 5 to 12yrs be terminated without any prior documentation. We were forced to work from 12 to 18hrs a day. 1 Supervisor was forced to work 21hrs straight before he could go home. They make the rules up as they go and they are applied by who the individual's are not according to the company'S S.O.P'S because there are none are very few of them. They like using temps because they can replace them at will without any documentation. It's a known practice that management would threatened the temps telling them if they miss a day they would have their hrs. reset. Alot these allegations were made known to the HR department, BUT the reason for them being ignored is CHRIS whose name is mentioned in William's report who was also the guilty party named in most of the complaints is best friends with the HR manager on site and the brother-in-law to the former director of the warehouse who hired CHRIS. Ryan the warehouse manager often overlooked the racial problems due to the fact that Chris was named in most of the claims, not to mention him and Chris were close friends. There is probably only 1 black in management. The whites (not very many) all have leadership positions. Bruce the current director worked there 3 months and never introduced himself to the management team nor any of the associates in the warehouse. Finally for them to be an Organic facility it must always be clean in order to keep their organic licsense. Hint Hint someone from OSHA or the FDA should pay them a visit and check out all the rotten in spoiled food that are left between the racks which they are knowledgeable of. Ice cream which is suppose to stay at a temp of 20 - 28 degree's are left on the dock waiting to be loaded at a temp of 36degrees are higher which melts and then re-frozen to sale.
