On 11/9/2014 I ordered the $4.99 trial of Natural Cleanse pills (2 bottles, charged $4.99 twice). To date no products have yet to arrive (12/2/2014), two additional payments of $84.97 and $74.95 were charged to my card on 11/16 and 11/19. I called the company, a person (India dialect) stated that I was to contact the company if I did not receive the product within 10 (ten) days from order date. I asked for tracking number (USPS 9400111899561257165747), status of item from the post office states "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS." I called USPS, they stated that tracking number is an electric message sent from the shipper, and USPS has no record of the package nor has the package been scanned by USPS. After 6 (Six) calls to Natural Cleanse as a "customer courtesy" they will refund me 70% of both charges, the credit should process within 2 (two) business days.
I shop online often (Amazon, EBay, etc), even order as far as China, and I have never encountered anything of this nature. I found this offer from a pop up on FaceBook featuring Dr. Oz, Rachel Ray, and Beyonce. I now understand why celebrities sue when their names are used to scam consumers. I do not beleive anyone of these celebrities would put their name on any product that is not legal. This product and website is a scam. I will never fall for this again.
I will also report this to FaceBook, I do not know if it will do any good, but thishas to stop. I hope I actually do receive the partial refund, and I will cancel the card I used to make this purchase. It was a good thing I had extra money in my account or else I would have be out more than the $169.84.
