I'm glad I googled them. They told me that they had some papers that they needed to serve me regarding a civil law suit being brought against me for a past T-Mobile account. The account was supposedly 10 years old and had past the "statue of limitations" Now they said they can file a civil law suit and go after my bank accounts and collect for court cost and attorney fees and so forth. The problem was I don't ever remember having a T-Mobile account. Scam For sure. I got a phone call from a Denver phone number asking me about my mother and saying that she needs to contact them immediately regarding some kind of lawsuit. They said that they would give her an extra hour to call in before they file some kind of summons against her. I have been getting thousands of emails and hundreds of fake and fraudulent phone calls from people who are obviously not American most likely from the Middle East based on the accents. But these people that called were definitely American. Be careful not to fall for the scam calls and emails. Get a copy of your credit report. They also seem to know about certain accounts or old debts that you might have and that is how they are so convencing but do not fall for it. They are gonna get you to send some kind of payment to them but it is all a scam. If you owe something you will most likely get something in the mail.

Nation Wide Private Search called asking for me, saying they had a complaint that had been filed against me, however they would not say who had filled it. They told me papers would be served against me, I could call this number 210-485-4595 and they would be able to disclose the full details of the complaint. They would not give me any answers. Just the reference number and phone number of who to call. The caller identified himself as Jason Gray. I am glad I decided to Google them before calling the number I was given. I will NOT lose any sleep over this matter tonight!!!!

Company tried two people I know today. Claimed they were from Nation Wide Private Search. Claimed they had some documents they needed to legally serve me on behalf of UNCI. Googled them and they seem like real scammers. Threaten to call sheriff when legally they can't, one of my friends they called was an attorney who used to be in collections and agreed to help me take legal action since they have violated so many state and federal laws. Seems like some attorney generals from various states are investigating UNCI.

When I asked what it was about or what person/company was trying to serve me he said he was just a locater and had no information but I should call 877-698-2235. He then gave me a file number and said I should call ASAP because if after two attempts at trying to serve me there would be a hearing without me. I found this to be total BS! I don't owe anyone anything and this is not usually how you "serve" someone. I googled it right away and found all these reviews by people! Knew it was a scam! Beware folks!

I received a call today at 12:42pm from phone number 716-240-7221, they used the same line as with the others about a complaint that had been filed against me, lawyers and all told me that I needed to call 877-595-4318 right away even gave me a case number to refer to. I didn't call the number and almost an hour later at 1:39pm I received another call from the same guy from a different phone number 718-312-0910. He asked me what happened and why didn't I call right away, that I had a limited amount of time.... I told him I looked them up on the internet and found a lot of complaints about them, that they seemed to be a scam and he said, "click"... Guess he didn't want to answer that questions right away...
I forgot to include this, I recall years ago companies doing this, once you called the other number, you some how gave them access to your account. They inturn were placing calls to other countries with your account information. So when people received their phone bills, they noticed hundreds of dollars if not more applied to their account. Be careful!
Absolutely a Major Scam, I was so eager to find out who it was, as soon as they called me I knew it was Bogus because they used my maiden name, and I never use my maiden name for nothing, and I absolutely don't owe anyone, I keep up with any tabs I ever had, they just called me on my cell, my husbands cell, & my house number, maybe 2 minutes apart, they asked for me, I acted like I didn't hear them, and asked them, who again do you need to speak to, they said "I am calling to speak to (my name) we need to know if she is available because i am mandated to serve her, or if someone else can recieve important legal documents on her behalf, i replied " sorry but you definiately have the wrong number, they called from 315-403-7680, I let my husband answer the 2nd call it was a female the last two phone calls the first time it was a man and he called my cell phone, just be careful, please don't give in, nobody by law can make you or convince you to give up financial info over the phone IT IS IILEGAL NEVER GIVE UP YOUR PERSONAL INFO ON THE PHONE, NEVER!!

These people try to put fear into me unfortunately I fell for it and paid 100 and didn't realize it was a scam until a week later. But I am not paying one more dime to them I have lawyers involved and they told me not to answer anymore calls from. The number that called me was 877-698-2235. And they are called Nationwide Private search and PSA. Keep an eye for them they are a scam. And they can not do anything to you.
