This company is a rip off because they call contractors to do work for my place Zoe’s and we paid them, but the contractor was never paid They work was performed on 2-6-2015. Zoe’s Kitchen paid them and they haven’t paid the contractor and the contractor Your glass man of Dallas is now Placing a lien on the property and now I am in default with the landlord. Alex Garcia was emailed about the problem and this was his response,
Once more we find ourselves in a situation whether we do our business our way or simply ignore the rules to make you (the Customer) happy, I just spoke with Eric and explained him the reason why he was not being paid so far was because he did not have valid insurance and we needed a signed waiver in order for us to pay him, his account was in a hold and I have just released the hold and his check as well, as soon as he receives the check he will reply to this email to let us all know that he received it.

That was on June 10th 2015 and Alex told Your glass man of Dallas that they should receive their check not later than June 17th. Your glass man has called me to try to avoid placing a lien on the property but they’re left no choice.
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT LIEN’S PLACE ON YOUR PROPERTY AND BEING IN DEFAULT WITH THE LANDLORD…….
