Beware of this place. It is the classic "pull your car in for service" and "get nothing done". I was there for a balance and alignment. I litterally watched them rotate the tires and never balance. Next the car disappeared from sight and 10 minutes later it reappeared and they said the alignment was done. I have seen alignments done and to my knowledge, it is impossible to accomplish in this short of time.
After calling them out, they insisted that the work was done and that it was an easy task on my 2003 Mazda MPV Van. I hit the highway and the problem was unchanged. I went back and they took my car down the street, came back and said my tire was no good. You would not believe how destroyed the tire was! To preface, I know what the tire looked like before I drove in as I was investigating my remaining tread the day before. However, now, it was worn down to the wires and there were literally chunks of tire missing. As if it was done with a blade or something.
All I can say is that these people are scammers just like Jiffy Lube (another story) and I can't stress enough how much you need to stay away. I hope you are reading this before you have gone there.
