I cotacted the national remedy center in oct.of 2012 to help with my mortgage they said i fit into a perfect critiria to have my mortgage reduced i complied with all ther demands for documents in a timely fashion they told me this would take 3-5mo's. 8mo;s. later i started questioning the time lapsed and 11mo's. later i recived a letter on aug2 of 2013 that my case was closed they asked for 3 post dated checks in the amount $1195.00 for nov.dec.&jan.=$3495.00 for closing costs they never closed on anything and did not return my money i spoke with the firm's owner pamela gressier on a few occations about this and i was told i had to fill out paper work with there compliance dept idid and sent the papers return recipte certified mail they returned the green card that it was recived on 8/12/13 and it would take 7-10 days for a reply ihave not herd from them since,i since filed complaints w/califonia states attorney office& california state bar they are not a gov santcioned mortgage help orginiztion i have spoken with the ca bar asst. and they have 15and more complaints an F rating w/ theBBB and are still doing buisness they are not licenced to even do business in the state of FLA. it is illeagl thak money up front for mortgage asst. california.
