I was sent an invoice for a subscription to CBS Soaps in Depth magazine. I sent in $45.94 for a 2 year subscription on November 1. I have not received a copy of the magazine and I get calls from other agencies wanting me to subscribe. I called the publisher who has no record of my payment, and certainly not a 2 year subscription for the above amount.
