Ordered a KW radiator . When it arrived it leaked worse that the one I took out. Sent it back. Disputed charges with the credit card people. General radiator sent the credit card company warrantee info that I never seen and didn't allow the charges to be reversed. I am out $857.95 + the return shipping charges. General Radiator is operating a scam. Filed papers with the attorney general in Illinois. Hopefully they will be out of business soon.
I as well made the mistake of ordering a charge air cooler from these crooks. Sent me a junk cooler, said they couldn't believe it wouldn't work. Said they would ship another one and never did but charged my credit card again. Still have not been credited for the junk cooler, saying they have not received it yet!! Scam artists, and Jim porges is a bold faced liar. Crooks, ***holes, should not even be allowed to run a business!! Taking hard earned money from honest folks!!!!! Still hung out to dry for $794.00!!! Do yourselves a favor and buy elsewhere, do not make the same mistake I did. Will fight to the end and will have matter resolved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jim, john, Dan have all lied to me numerous times, including giving me fake tracking numbers on a shipment that never took place!!! Cost me so much time and money, and still had to buy another air cooler from a different source, which is what I should have done in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!! Will never make this mistake again!!!!!!!!!! All crooks, liars, thieves etc.........
