I signed up with National Notary Network on APril 9, 2014. I paid for the yearlyregistration, the seminar to be held in Phoenix, Az o April 27, 2014, the background check and the Arizona Notary package. They did not show up for the seminar, and no one was notified of the reason. I left several messages on 888-645-6994 as well as emails. I got no response.
I called again on Monday 04-28-2014 and reached a person named Patricia. She said she is the insurance/bonding agent for the company. She said there was a death in the family and didn't I get an email on Thursday. I replied that no one in attendance got a email. I informed her that I wanted all my money back and she said she would have someone call me that day.
I didn't receive a call so called back th next day and reached Patricia again. I tod her that I wanted my money back. She tried to get me to take an online seminar for free but I insisted on having all my money returned as their web site said 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. She took my name and address and said she would submit it for a refund.
I did not receive a refund in the mail and so called back again. I reached Patricia again and she assured me that I was getting a refund bit that it took time to go through a merchant account. I still have not received my refund and when I called them this morning the number has been sidconnected.
Finally getting around to my due diligence on these scam artists here in Florida. The address that is used for Florida Notary Network, National Notary Network and 123 Notary Plus LLC is a residential property that is no longer occupied by Ms. Christensen or Mr. Fiore. I know this because I went to the property and spoke to the new tenant who is renting the property previous occupied by Ms. Christensen and Mr. Fiore.
In one of the ripoff report rebuttals Mr. Fiore states that 123 Notary Plus LLC has nothing to do with the National Notary Network. This yet another untruth spoken by Mr. Fiore. Upon registering the fictitious entity National Notary Network with the state of Florida, the document clearly states that National Notary Network is owned by 123 Notary Plus. You all can verify this at www.sunbiz.org. Florida Notary Network and National Notary Network can be searched by name under fictitious names and 123 Notary Plus can be looked up under corporations and that is where you will find the connection with NNN and 123 Notary Plus LLC.
In another ripoff rebuttal , Mr. Fiore states that he is working with the AG in Florida regarding returning peoples money. That is yet another untruth spoken by Mr. Fiore. I spoke with the AG's today myself while filing my own individual consumer complaint (over and above the information that I provided to the IL AG) and they have no knowledge of any such contact.
If you want the real truth about Mr. Fiore, google Robert C. Fiore. You will be surprised at what you will find! The man has a rap sheet a mile long. He is habitual criminal since 1999. Check out hidden-past.com. It will curl your toes. Unlike most of you, I have actually met the man. So I know that this is him. There is no second guessing about the identity that this is the man that has been emptying everyones pockets.
So get busy people. I have given you the paper trail of the dummy entities set-up in Florida to fleece your pockets. The rest is up to you!
Florida has the most beautiful beaches, Disneyworld, and a host of wonderful things to enjoy. But do beware of companies that "hire" from there remotely and/or across the U.S. I have yet to come across one that is not at least SHADY, if not outright CROOKS....mark Florida OFF your list to do business with, but keep it on for a nice vacation spot!
This company charged me three times for the $99 notary signing agent seminar. I was expecting to see loan documents and at the last training, I received a copy of a HUD statement and a worthless certification of Notary Signing Agent. This company will promise you the moon and give you nothing. They talk about this huge signing list they and while yes it is useful, it costs another $99 to obtain the names on. If you google notary signing companies, there are plenty of free listings available. So let's talk about their mentoring progam. There is a $300 and a $500 package. Amongst promising you support, you can never reach the guru Laurie Christienson. There are promises of a return phone call that does not happen. In each of the mentoring programs, they promise to set up 3 signings for the $300 package and 5 signings for $500 package. I do not know one person that has received that service myself included. I personally know two people who have paid for E&O policies and have not received proof of coverage. This is fraud and they have taken hundreds of thousands of dollars of people's money through webinars, E&O policies, worthless Notary Signing Agent Certifications and background checks which are worthless because the larger companies want a background check from the National Notary Association and Ms. Christensen is aware that is the standard. There is a class action lawsuit written all over this. Take action now. Anaymous, Sarasota, FL
I too was a victim of Mr. Fiore in the 90's.. He not only cost me money, but most importantly my reputation...He has a rap sheet a mile long and will lie, scam and cheat... but not just in this way.. even worse. He is so low, he even lies about having cancer... If he can scam a doctor, he can scam anyone..You should run not walk to the Florida State Attorney... I would be happy to testify what a scam artist this person is.
Total misrepresentation! Lied about amout of work available. Lied about Fees that can be charges! Lied about amount of money that can be made. Lied about the amount of stafff available for support and help! Does not return phone calls or emails. Total SALES pitch. Took the money and ran and still sucking people into their "Training Seminars". Save your money and if really interested in becoming a Mobile Closer - find a REPUTABLE company.
