This company charged over $300.00 for "lifetime" membership that was to include monthly newsletter. They sent "as gifts", a bathrobe that would fit a short child under the age of 12. Also a set of pots and pans of no quality whatsoever.
After less than one year, they sent notice that the (supposedly) informative newsletter would cease, but would be replaced by a subscription to PREVENTION magazine. That lasted for one year, then they required renewal at premium cost.
Just found the box that the tiny bathrobe was sent in and renewed my disgust for a company that takes advantage of people, especially the elderly.
I have been a life member since 2006. I noticed years ago that I had stopped receiving correspondence so I triied unsuccessfully to enter the site and when that failed, I called customer serive to request help in accessing the club info. I received no help then, and now I called again years later to get the same respone.
