Like the previous poster said National Elite College Prospects is ran by a SCAM ARTIST. He is still trying to find recruiters on craigslist. It's good business plan to have as many recruiters as you can when you have no intenion of paying them. His craigslist headline is usually something like "passion for sports". If you see these ads do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money dealing with him.

My experience with the company National Elite College Prospects or NECP has been a nightmare. First they offer different packages with different prices as ways to get high school athletes recruited. Ranging from $895.00 up to around $2,000. The recruiter must pay NECP for a license (which the recruiter never really receives) but it gives them the right to recruit athletes for the company. There is 3 different levels you can enter. The more money you give the company upfront the more % of commission you receive. I came in as a level 1 recruiter and paid $395 to the company to work for them.

On a conference call with one family between myself, the father and his son I offered our services to them. At the end of our call the father wanted to see if his son was serious about his grades and academics first before signing up. That seemed smart and logical to me so I told the father to contact me at any time if he had any questions or if there was anything I can do to help. The father was in contact with me with some questions and about a year after our initial conference call I received a text that he wanted our help and wanted to go ahead with our service. I contacted the family. I contacted the coaches. I did my research and my due diligence. I wrote up the scouting report for the student-athlete. I did all the evaluations. I got the video footage that was needed. I did eveything that Drew Sikorski asked me to do. I put in many hours of my time. I was in constant contact with the father. The reason why the father elected to go with NECP was because he trusted in me and he appreciated that I wasn't pushy and liked that I put in the amount of time and effort for the best interest of his son.

When I contacted Drew Sikorski, the ceo of NECP and told him that we had a new client, Drew became very aggressive with me and with the father. I was receiving 5-8 emails a day looking for his check from this family. Waiting on faxed contracts, the check being mailed etc. I got a call from the father who asked me what was going on with Drew. He said he was being really pushy and he asked me to tell him to relax. I thought at the time we may of lost our customer. After receiving the new clients payment, I asked Drew when would I be receiving my commision check for my hard work? He sent me in an email that as soon as the check is fully cleared I would be receiving my comission check. That was 3 months ago. I still have that email from him stating this. Now I call and leave messages and he doesn't reply to my voicemails. I've been sending email after email and he doesn't even write back anymore. He just doesn't want to pay me for my work and thinks that I'll just forget about it. Just on principal alone I can't let this man do this to me. I'm too honest and fair myself for letting him do this to me. The commission check is around $500 which I worked extremely hard to earn, and deserve.

The father of the student-athlete and I are still in constant contact with each other and I'm still servicing them. Even though I haven't received my cut from NECP. I haven't told the family that I haven't gotten paid for my time becuse I don't want them to feel like I can't be trusted for turning them on to such a company. The father asked me to find out why Division 2 colleges haven't contacted his son yet as he feels that his son is a surefire D-2 prospect. Only D-3 schools have contacted him. I emailed Drew Sikorski the ceo and he doesn't respond. I've left voicemails, no reply. Now this is not only fair to me who hasn't been paid when promised, but now he's not being fair to the client either.

I strongly urge anyone who is thinking about going with a recruiting service to help their child out, to NOT use National Elite College Prospects. This is a company you DON'T want your family to be involved with. If this is how he treats his recruiters and clients why should families trust this man and his company?

Drew "Dirt Bag" Sikorski

This guy Drew Sikorski is a dirt ball , theif, scum bag. I signed on to be one of his recruiters @ I believe a level 2 . I sent this guy my check I think like $895 & decided that I would not be able to become one of his recruiters after all because of additional responsibilities in my life. I never even got started with the guy & informed him that I was sorry & would not be able to jump on board with his business opportunity. I asked him if he would send me my check back which of course he did not. Yes, it was my mistake for even sending him a check it the first place. When we first talked he said if I changed my mind before his training program started he would send the check back. Well guess what................ nothing. I guess because I'm a stand up guy I expected the same. He cashed that check as soon as he received it. Stay away from this name DREW SIKORSKI. either as getting involved as a recruiter , or to have him or his company promote & profile your student athlete. Drew if your reading this hope I never come across you because your a scum bag & you would pay for my loss of $

Drew Sikorski

I loaned this scumbag money ten years ago in Syracuse. Had to sue him and luckily found some assets to satisfy my judgment. This guy should be arrested.

I am also a victim of Drew Sikorski ceo of Necp. Like other recruiters on this Ripooff report I paid my dues for licensing and a prospect signed with on thanks to my relationship with the prospects father. He said the reason why he signed on with necp instead of another recruiting service Is because he liked me and appreciated the amount of time and effort I put in for his son. They sent a check in for $1,595.00. I was told from ceo Drew Sikorski that once the check cleared, I'd receive m commission check. I have the email from him stating this. That was 3 months ago. Mr.Sikorski has ignored my dozens of emails and has not responded to my voicemails. I have emailed him questions that the father Is asking me like why aren't D-2 colleges contacting his son when he clearly Is a D-2 prospect and Mr.Sikorski does not reply to me. I am still servicing this client for Free and have put in countless amount of hours writing up his scouting report and profile and have been in contact with his coaches to get all the information I can get. I have put in my time, effort, and money and have not received my commission. Mr.Sikorski refuses to communicate with me and pay me the commission I worked hard for. Meanwhile, our client Isn't getting the results he wants either. Only winner here is Mr.Sikorski who got his check.

This man should not be getting away with this. He Is a thief, liar and scammer and will not prosper as a human being. What a horrific experience In my life dealing with this person.

National Elite Prospects took money and did NOTHING!!

I was solicited by National Elite College Prospects recruiter Justin McDowell on March 25, 2015. He claimed my daughter was selected for a scholarship and he would provide recruiting help for my daughter who is a high level soccer player and was a sophmore in high school. After consideration, I agreed to the $385 fee for him to help contact colleges and get her profile and information in front of colleges that matched her academic and athletic abilities. After some issues with the company taking money out of my account early,

I finally got started with Mr. McDowell, in May 2015. I contacted him when I never received any email from the company after a month of being signed up. I finally got an email and filled out a detailed informational sheet about my daughter. I emailed it to the company on May 6, 2015. At the end of May, I still had only talked to Mr. McDowell one time (to get an email sent), so I called and asked about the profile. June 11, 2015 a profile was sent that was full of misspellings, typos and grammatical errors. It also had information that was wrong! After several emails back and forth I was told a final copy edited copy would be sent to me as soon as possible. They did request a video at this time. I also asked about why my daughter was not

being matched with colleges, like promised, and I was emailed that they would get back to me! I never was able to access a website or see if my daughter was even being promoted. As you will see, she wasn't.

On July 29, 2015 I sent them, returned receipt, a DVD and flashdrives both with video footage of my daughter. I heard nothing! They received the information August 3, 2015, according to the US Post Office.

On November 17, 2015, I called Mr. McDowell and left a message about not having any communication with him, and nothing being done for my daughter. He called back November 19, 2015 and left a message that Drew Sikorski would be in touch with me within a week.

On January 4, 2016, I called Mr. Sikorski and Mr. McDowell to state my displeasure at never receiving services for my daughter. I had not even had more than a minute discussion with Mr. McDowell since March 25, 2015, the day he sold me the services. He never matched my daughter with any colleges, talked to her, finished her profile or anything else that way promised!

I demanded a refund and stated how unprofessional the services were and I paid for nothing! I was met with excuses and a refusal to refund me any money. I have all the correspondence-phone calls and emails saved for the entire duration of our non-relationship. Mr. McDowell did nothing, but sell a service he did not do.

I finally got a call back on January 5, 2015 from Mike Adams. He claimed the could not find the video information. I sent him an email stating that I did not want my daughters info sent out, because she was already verbally committed to a D1 college. Too late for National Elite College Prospects. I also told Mr. Adams, I got all the coaches recruiting her to confirm they did not ever communicate with National Elite College Prospects about my daughter. My daughter is in the top 10 of her class academically. She needed the exposure between March and November. National Elite College Prospects did nothing!

On January 5, 2016 Mr. Adams quickly sent out my daughters profile, interestingly it was dated August 28, 2015 to his list of colleges coaches. This was done after I had sent him numerous emails telling him and Mr. McDowell we were done and I wanted a refund. Now my daughter has to respond to a plethora of emails to inform these coaches she did not contact them and she is verbally committed. Some emails went to coaches she had politely already turned down. The colleges that received her profile did not match her academic or athletic level or have her college major.

This company is a scam. They take your money and do nothing! I had to initiate all contact and until I requested a refund, I could not get any response. They sent the profile January 4, 2016 to say they did something! Too late! They also refused to refund my money! Do not sign with this company, you will be sorry! Go somewhere else!
