I had a loan through Ford motor credit (fairlane). I purchased a 10'000 dollar honda civic from vacaville ford at 24.99% for 60 months. In my contract it stated if I made my payments on time for 2 years, I would get an intrest rate of 15%. After 2 years I called fairlane and they told me, I paid a payment one day late. So I disputed my contract and they sent it to National Action Financial Services. NAFS contacted me in december 06 and demanded payment. I spoke with Jennifer Driscoll who was nice and respectful. I told her that I wanted the settelment in writing and needed some time to pay. She said I had to make payment by the end of the month or the amount would be more. I did not make the payment by the end of the month so in Janurary 07 NAFS had a different person call me, and said I had to pay right now or they are coming after me.They started getting really demanding and calling at 11:00 12:00 o' clock at night.I told them that it was unexceptable to call that late, He told me he didn't care and would do what ever he wanted. He said, "Maybe you should pay you bill a**hole, Ihate people like you your just as bad as people on welfare, You shouldn't buy s**t if you can't pay for it". At this point I didn't even want to deal with them any more. For the last 6 months i have recieved about 70 phone call from different people with this company and I'm still willing to settle my account. The last phone call he said "Your s*** mother should of raised you right you low life garbage dwelling dirt bag" then "Do you need a permission slip from mommy to pay your bills". This is why im here thanks for this site, No company should hire this company to represent them it is a big mistake!!! Len Vacaville, California.
