Greg Flahive won a jugdment against ex employee Nathanial Streich in a Sacramento County Courhouse recently. Nathanial Streich previously worked for Greg Flahive at his law firm as a legal assistant. Streich was responsible for various tasks including handling the accounts receivable for the law firm. In January 2012, Nathanial Streich (aka Nate Streich) told a law firm client to send him a western union money gram made payable to 'Nate Streich' for payment to the law firm. Once the client sent him the money gram payments totaling nearly $1,500, Streich disappeared with the embezzled funds. Greg Flahive reported the grand theft crime to Sacramento County Sheriffs Department. From January 2012 until 2014, Nate Streich has been on the lamb avoiding detection. However, it was later discovered that Streich is now working at a very large bankruptcy law firm in Sacramento as a paralegal. Greg Flahive then timely served Streich and obtained a civil judgment against him for the emebezzled funds.
