First, the players: Namazu, LLC (Chinese front run by Tim Chun and Steve Chen). They are involved with CCL Holdings, LTD and David Chang at their mutual location of 18401 Von Karman Ave Ste 350 Irvine, CA 92612
Their ""attorney"" (with confirmed ethics violations in his past for which he has received reprimands from the BAR) is STEVE BLAKE who has an office on Broadway in Santa Ana.He helped the front group known as CA1REAL Purchase
These guys love to make up lots of LLCs to hide their dirty dealings. The great thing about the internet is that people who are victims can now come together and piece the scam together. Here is a recent Newsweek Article outlining the CA1REAL scams being run:
If you are a red blooded American like me, it makes your blood boil just reading what these evil men do to innocent victims. Their Attorney, Rick Blake, also opened an LLC for his business. You can't make this up. He called it BS Partners, LLC

Should it surprise ANYONE that they would refuse to cleanup the air conditioning unit on the roof that leaked for MONTHS in between the walls? I even informed them of the problem and had a CERTIFIED professional industrial hygeniest run air samples and look between the walls.

Of course, I begged these guys to clean up this mess and showed them the documentation. They did not respond (their MO) but they did PAINT OVER THE MOLD AREAS.
This, obvious, does not remediate mold. Nor, does it account for the mold still existing in the walls. Even the unit below 215.5 is experiencing a strange black substance coming through the ceiling from above.

One time Spencer picked up the phone on accidental and proceeded to taunt me without listening to a word I said. Claimed I didn't know who I was dealing with and I better watch myself. No, Spencer, YOU better watch out because I see you and all you and your partners dirty dealings.
As I continue to peel the onion away I am constantly finding the rabbit hole gets deeper. These Chinese men are running what is known as a EB-5 Visa Scam.
