Several images of sheds once clicked lead to this site- you end up with a mish mash of nothing almost impossible to access and nothing like what they promise- I am usually skepitical especially of websites that keep trying to upsell you. However it said 100% moneybavk guarantee. Problem is there is no telephone number or address- just a "customer service" email that promises to get back to you within 4 hours...Its been four days...Nothing...save your money and aggravation.
I ordered the MyShedPlans.com online with the intent of building a small shed in my backyard. Their advertising made it sound simple and easy. During the ordering process, they were constantly trying to "Upsell" me - many many times during the process. Once I got thru the ordering process, the downloading was a little confusing.
However, I finally got everything downloaded only to find that the so-called plans were nothing but architectural chaos. The marketing online makes it sound like the normal handyman can follow these plans and build it yourself. Not true at all! Maybe a professional builder could real and understand these, but I definitely could not. And I consider myself and my spouse very handy with projects like this. We have both tackled and completed many small construction projects together.
I immediately emailed them and asked for a refund. These plans are of absolutely no use to me! I received an automatic response very quickly, but nothing since then. That was on October 1, 2014. I have emailed them again, and still nothing. However, the automatic "selling" emails are still coming to my inbox even though I have unsubscribed. They are interested in only one thing - Making The Sale! There is absolutely No customer service at all. This is definitely a scam - don't waste your money!
Products sold are not helpful, 60-day money back guarantee is not honored, no response to emails. This man and his company seem very dishonest and is what gives american businesses a bad name nationwide. Harayl, Manchester, NH
