Ultimate stuck on stupid. keep asking me to cancle. I keep doing it but they never get it done and ask the same again, over and over every day for 2 weeks now. Hard to talk to as they do not understand english. I have been told I have not accent and am easy to undstand and would be a good news caster. I am not predudice, but I am not from India and can't speek or understand what they say?

"You people can't even seem do manage a cancellation, let alone a VPS service. Far too much down time. No follow through. little understanding of english and seldom understood why I called. Better grasp of english in chat session. Every time I was told the ticket had to be elevated my stress level would go up because this meant nothing would be accomplished. No one read the ticket, I think because after a long time I would get asked the same questions again by email. No follow through by 2nd tier or up technicians. My result was looking up problems on the web and solving them myself as support could not resolve a problem or explain what I could do to fix something. Many problems resolved by cPanel customer portal, not manage my hosting.
Too many mornings I would wake to find the site was down again and again. No preservation of cpanel and cpanel/whm settings. Far too many calls to support. manage.myhosting.com confusing and not working as told by support. No fallow though on stopping auto renew. asked to let the account expire. No follow though on this. billed again on canceled account and now You owe me $35 dollar service fee on overcharge fee from my bank. The domain transfer did not work and support could not resolve it. I had to do directly to the registrar, Icann and others to change the domain. Never received any notice of renewal of registration. You people got the original registration wrong and could not fix it. Thus my domain expired and your people could not fix this either. Just one insult after another.
I am not sure what myhosting's expectations are, but they did not meet mine!"
