Its a "bait and switch" and not well explained on purpose, no doubt, what is being purchased. I'm still unable to see the names of ancestors and when i do click them on, it asks for another payment of $10 a month.

Frankly, then you're still not done. I reviewed it some more and unless you purchase the historical whathaveyou $120 package in addition too, you're paying $250 total !

The site owners knows full well that if you put that truth out there no one would pay that. But if you nibble some here and there some dummies might. Shame on them. Its very disrespectful.

A) if i'm paying that much and spending hours of my valuable time, hen b) i might as well hire a geneologist who can fact ck properly as that is severely missing on your site as well.

I am writting this report to let people know that you can contact (myheritage.com) by phone. I am putting this number up as Public info., the number to the Utah branch and maybe the only branch of this place is (888-377-0588). I got this number and called my bank and the young lady found it on my bank records.

I called them because they started charging me for a subscription I hadn't had in over a year. $119.40 a month for something I hadn't renewed or Even been on the sight in over a year. Beware of this sight, it is a scam of the worst kind, no information is ever garnered from here.

I signed up for a free trial period for geneology research. After checking the data sources available with known results, I discovered their service was not finding the people I was researching. I cancelled the service on day 3 of the 7-day trial period. The company charged my credit card $74.99 after I cancelled, and sent me an email, following:

Thank you for contacting us here at support.

I have looked at your account and I can see that you have a subscription which will expire on Jan 5 2015.

Therefore I would suggest that you keep your account until it expires, so that you can still use all the special features.

Please let me know how you decide, in order for me to be able to assist you as soon as possible.

I sent a second demand they cancel but have not yet received a reply. The cancell link is simply an email to their support team, which prevents a user from self-cancelling the account. There are other reports online similar to this.
