MyFreeCams.com, now known to be "MFC", (MFCXY Inc., an Illinois Corporation by the company name Cybertania), faults on it's Model Agreement and fails to protect their camwhores by refusing to have offending websites remove video content that have been recorded from the aforementioned website. Instead, owner of MyFreeCams.com, Leonid Radvinsky, submits a DMCA to Google - Yes, Google, not the offending website), to remove searches of the videos. The videos remain on the offending website, just disabled from Google's search engine. This means MyFreeCams does not care that the videos are posted on various websites, just does not want the videos searchable. We sent MFC Support an email alerting them about two websites harboring thousands of MFC model's videos. Their reply was asking them to send them a link. A link they could then send to Google to remove from search engine, not to delete. See photo from ChillingEffects.
