I dealt with an employee named Josh and also someone named Jim. I got a contract for cabinets and granite. I was promised in my contract that items not up to par would be repaired or replaced. It has been a year and i am still waiting for my kitchen to be repaired by these low lives. They sent over an asian male to measure for my granite and when my granite. The day my granite was to be installed they brought into my house this huge machine used to cut granite and set it on my marble floors cracking my new floors. Their contracts states they are not responsible for floors but yet they also say the granite is cut prior to delivery not in the customer's kitchen! They began to install and pushed the granite into my chimney wall (picture uploaded) causing the wall to crack and now i can hear it crumbling on the inside. That granite slab also left a wide gap between the wall and the cabinets and when i complained they dared to tell me, "just fill it with silicon" Then they placed the other piece of granite and instead of properly cutting the granite they cut my window molding and went through my window frame causing that wall to also crack! The 3rd slab on granite they placed was also cut incorrectly and now i have a gap, they put so much silicon to glue it down that it oozed down my walls and looks disgusting.
I called, emailed, etc., to get a solution and Jim always pretended not to know there was anything wrong with my kitchen. Then I tried Josh who was always "out" and ignored my calls but through emails he promised to take care of it and replace, then i get another email saying they cant replace they can only repair. I explained to him that repairing was not possible because that would mean cutting the granite down more than an inch and that would leave my cabinet tops uncovered. Then they said they couldnt do anything but try to cover it up with silicon! They use the cheapest granite installers available and take a cut of the money, and when i informed them that the granite people they sent over knew nothing about granite they didnt care! On the cabinets that i ordered, i was promised the work would be done that same day cause i have a small kitchen, but as expected the professionals in the store messed up my order the cabinet install guy had to go to new jersey to pick up my correct order and even when he returned i realized the store gave him the wrong hardware so what was suppose to be one day turned into 3 days.
