I purchased a pair of Bandolino shoes from then thru Amazon. When I received the shoes, I attempted to try them on to no avail due to the fact that they were too small and could not get the shoe on. I notified the seller that I was returning the shoes because they were too small. I returned the shoes in the original box in which I received them.
I was notified by the seller by email that they would only refund a partial refund due to me because the seller claimed that I had sent them a pair of old battered worn out shoes to them instead of the ones that they had sent to me.
Several pictures were sent to me according to them were the shoes that I had returned to them. One picture didn't even come close to the shoes that I had purchased. Another photo revealed a pair of shoes the looked like the ones that I had returned. The third photo claimed that the shoes were worn out on the bottom of the shoes.
I never even walked in these shoes. After trying the one shoe on, I immediately returned it to the box in which it came.
My guess is that if they claim that the shoes were pre-owned, then they sent those shoes to me.
I have tried to resolve this issue with may emails to the seller. They stand by their policy that I sent them a pair of beat of shoes trying to pass them off as new.
