GUNMAN TO A DEPOSITION
The foregoing was after Traver hired a ""John Doe"" gunman to intimidate me at the deposition of his clients. On February 11, 2014 and February 12, 2014, Traver hired an unknown individual to attend a deposition for his clients that was carrying a concealed firearm. When confronted with the fact that the ""John Doe"" person was obviously carrying a loaded firearm in an office building, Traver refused to idenitiy the large male individual. I subsequently phoned 911 to report an unknown armed individual in an office building and four Ventura Sheriffs were immediately dispatched. Ventura County Sheriff's Incident Report # S14043020. The Sheriff's confirmed that the unknown individual was carrying a loaded firearm. When confronted with the issue of an inadvertent discharge and the inappropriateness of bring a gun to a word fight, Traver sadistically laughed.
