Freaking JOKE

Wish I didn't have to put a star, this company is CRAP and downright robbery. I don't understand how it is ok to charge a 15.00 fee on a 0.73 toll, this is insane how UPHELPFUL and ridiculous this whole process is. I will NEVER use this toll way again and advise everyone I know of the same. They can say they mailed something all they want but I never got it, just got the bill with the late fee. Lady was no help and there were NO options except to not pay and keep getting more fees. Someone needs to seriously reconfigure this company and get a system in place that is effective. TOTAL SCAM AND THIEVES!

I just received a Notice of Toll Violation for a .72 Toll Fee from 7/14/2015. There is a $1.00 processing fee and now a $15 violation fee. I never received a first bill. I tried to call and heard a recording that their Customer Service was not currently available and there is no way to leave a message. I also tried to click on the Dispute button at their website and had no success. How in the world are they getting by with this kind of robbery!!! I just put a check in the mail for $1.72 with a note that said there was no way in hell I was paying them the additional $15.

I received an invoice from CTRMA Processing, which came with a $15 violation fee charged. Invoice was received for the first time, reason why it had not been paid. Total charges for that toll were $2.12. I logged on to their website and there are two other invoices, for $1.69 each, one of them due in 7 days. No invoice has been received for these two. So they had no problem in sending a past due invoice but I have not yet received the other two that are not past due yet. How do I know that this is not a ripoff to collect more revenue by charging this ridiculously high fee? How can I avoid these penalties if they are not sending the original bill in the first place?

Changing my address without permission

Netrma has a new address on file for me that I do not recognize. This made my bill late in arriving. of course they are charging me a $15 fee. Instead of doing the simple thing and removing the erroneous charge they refer me to DMV and blame them for the unauthorized address change. DMV refers me back to Netrma. This is a huge racket and an unethical way to make money from the common man.

Rip off

This is a rip off company. They send a statement for each trip on the toll road but not a combined balance in the hopes that they can earn extreme late charges. They make me sick. How many people have they robbed. They can wait ten days to process a check also----so that they can tack on more $15.00 late charges---------------------this is going to be a ghost toll road--and I am going to spread the word--so that others will not be stolen from. What a scam.

In June, I travelled to Austin, and, at the advice of my friend who lives there, I took the toll road where, she assured me, I didn't have to pay on-the-spot but could pay by mail since I have no need of an EZtag. I did not receive a bill until August 11, and I was, to say the least, upset to see that what I received was "Notice of Toll Violation," and my tolls for $4.67 had grown to $20.67 with the addition of a $15 penalty and $1 processing fee.

I never received a previous bill. I am not in the habit of not paying my bills. First, I emailed my friend to vent, and she admitted that she and her husband had had some problems with CTRMA (hopefully after she had advised me to use it). She said," We have had our share of problems also. My solution was just pay it and not use it anymore." Then, suspecting that we probably weren't the only ones, I checked Ripoff Report and, not surprisingly, found many complaints. Based on what happened when these people tried to call, I decided just to pay the bill and never use this toll system again like my friend.

I would certainly advise anyone who does not have an EZpass to avoid these toll roads because you are likely to get ripped off.

Toll 49 in Tyler Texas

Yes, I saw where they have a lawyer and are suing for no pay---I don't think they bothered to tell their representative that they do not send out statements. They sent me one statement for June with a balance of $3.03 in July. I lost that bill while relocating. I had no idea I would never get a statement for that one trip on their toll road. Then, I drove the toll road again in September. Over a month later, I get a statement for the September trip with a statement saying I owe them $3.95. and no mention of the total amount that I owe for two trips. I call them and they inform me that I owe them $36.98. They are not sending a total balance owed. They are sending one statement for each trip separately in hopes that the other fee is forgotten so that they can add all these late fees. Well, their toll road is pretty empty looking and will be a ghost road eventually because no one is going to allow them to earn fees they sure didn't earn. They are a scam so stay off their toll roads. Must be a democrat who feels entitled. Hang in there---they will not get away with this for their illegal behavior will catch up with them. I hope they are so penalized------While getting my money order because they will not ever get my credit card number or account numbers---I do not trust them. They are thieves. The lady at the counter told me that her mother and I had collected two bills for like $6.00 and something. They put them together, but the mother added incorrectly and left her balance at .03 cents. The processor sent another bill for $15.00. I would say this processing company is making a fortune and could care less if they loose customers.
