I represent a Sales, Services, and Rentals Company based in the Entertainment Industry.

On October 28th, 2014 MultiView, Inc. contacted our company to offer their advertising services. Jason Cox, Publication Manager at MultiView, Inc. made the Initial contact. Our company has been looking for advertising opportunities and Mr. Cox presented a very compelling offer.

We were to receive 900,000 impressions for $1,000 a month for 12 months. A contract was drawn up documenting the number of overall impressions that would be delivered or a 100% prorated refund would be given. The contract was signed

November 7th, 2014.

November 10th, 2014 a Tim Fogus, Senior Development Manager at MultiView, Inc. contacted me. Mr. Fogus was to be our main point of contact to setup our “Targeting Campaign”. In his introductory email, Mr. Fogus sent me information indented to prepare us for the “Discovery Call” where we were to go over the information such as the products/services we want to promote, keywords, and competitors.

A few documents were sent over in preparation as well as a link to a “brief questionnaire” on the MultiView, Inc. website.

Mr. Fogus prefaced the survey by stating, “…a brief questionnaire that needs to be completed prior to our call [Discovery Call] , in order to give our team information and direction of your campaign.”

The questionnaire asked us a series of questions pertaining to the products/services we wanted to promote, targeting regions, goals for the campaign, etc. Two of the questions they asked us are of particular importance to our complaint with MultiView, Inc.

o“What are a few of your competitor's company names and websites?”

o“What are some industry related websites that your audience visits frequently?”

I completed the questionnaire on November 11th and updated Mr. Fogus. of the status. He responded that the MultiView “…Data team will analyze the keywords provided, along with your website, your competitors websites and all industry related websites…”.

At this point we intended to come up with a designated date and time to have our “Discovery Call”.

The Industry in which we operate is a close one and the owners and operators of related companies often know one another.

Monday, November 17th, 2014, an Action Factory Manager was contacted by the owner of competitor company within our Industry.

The nature of this contact was to inform our Manager that a representative of MultiView, Inc. a Mr. Jason Cox, had approached him, and his company.

Mr. Jason Cox contacted this gentleman and proceeded tell him that his competitors were investing in an advertising campaign that could directly effect his company. Mr. Cox suggested that it would be in their best interest to hire MultiView, Inc. in order to keep up. Mr. Cox then named our company specifically as the competitor to this gentleman.

MultiView, Inc. used the privileged information that my company provided in the questionnaire to contact our listed competitors.

Not only did they contact the people we listed as competitors to sell MultiView, Inc. services, they revealed our company directly!

The ink had hardly dried on our contract before they pumped us for information and used that information to create more revenue for themselves while soiling our name in the process.

This has done irreparable damage to our company image and our employee’s trust within our niche community. We are currently assessing the damages, as we believe this has now affected us financially. There is excuse for this kind of betrayal of trust.

We immediately contacted MultiView, Inc. requesting they cease use of all the information we provided to them via email and the online questionnaire. We also demanded we be let out of our contract due to this foul practice.

The ethic standards displayed by MultiView, Inc. as a company and their employee’s are appalling.

We had a new girl working in our marketing department, she got a call from the shadiest company on earth: Multiview. They told her in a nutshell if she spent $1000 that sales would go through the roof and her bosses would love her for life.

Having access to a company credit card she made a horrible mistake of believing them. 8 months in we havent received one visitor from said advertisement.

If you simply Google Multiview it is pretty apparent they are con artists selling fake ads online, they have one of the worst reputations ive seen since working online since 1996.

If you ar reading this b/c Multiview has contacted you in regards to " ads " on ther "associations" websites, DO NOT DO IT!! You will be wasting money, and when you call to complain they will not answer or reply.

I'm going to contact my local authorites b/c these guys need to be shut down.
