They lie to you about everything. This job sucks , long hours. Monday to Saturday 9-9. I never saw my family. The money wasn't there. They tell you exactly what you do till you start the job. They say no sales THATS A LIE. You have to sell. They say they have appointment setters that's another lie. They have people who knock on random doors. NEVER WORK HERE PLEAS
I loved my job at MRM, the money was great and the job itself is pretty simple: set up and expalin the equpment by doing a demonstration. Not too tough, I see people constantly saying they had no clue it was kirby they were hired for or had no clue they would work so many hours. There's no way thats true unless they simply can't pay attention to whats being explained and discussed in the actual job interview. The GM explained the whole process to me and while I was skeptical, I really needed work. I've heard all of the complaints- friends and family discouraging me from even showing up for my first day of orientation. Either way I bit the bullet and decided "what do I have to lose?" I had already been out of work for some time and had trouble finding anything decent and a promise of $1,200 every two weeks sounded pretty amazing. They have company trips and with 15 sales in a month you can go on a trip all expense paid. after working there for only a couple months I went on a trip to Club Med!!! It was a great get away!! I will say that its a lot of hours a lot of work but the work isnt difficult if you can just sit back and learn. My manager Reggie was off the chain and after 3 weeks i recieved a $1,600 check. Take that everyone who says its not true! Im looking to buy a new car and that was really the boost i needed to get my bills in order. I decided to leave the company this fall to go back to school, and they informed me about the scholarship program they have too. It may not be what i want to do forever, but if you willing to work really hard and put the pedal to the metal when it comes to your finances I'd say this is a pretty good place to be. I know direct sales isn't for everyone but theyll teach you too. Hope this helps!!
